Summary: A future!fic set in 2025 where Kurt and Dave's lives intertwine again, proving just how small the world really is, and how Fate has a twisted sense of humour. AU from end of Season 2.

Author's note: Wow – no idea where everyone came from, but thanks for all the reviews, favourites and alerts and requests for updates (on ffn). I update every Saturday without fail (unless RL involves a trip to the hospital for myself or a family member). If for some reason I know in advance that I will not be able to update, I will post early (like the 22nd October coming up). I appreciate how much faith readers put in an author by reading WIPs rather than waiting for the fic to be completed, and I will never leave a story incomplete (um, unless I die, and then it's kind of out of my hands sorry!) This story has always been M rated. Lots of M themes going on in this chapter. Just in case you needed to be "warned" again.

Huge thanks to the wonderful debraelqfor stepping up to be my go-to person for my questions regarding Americanisms (I had quite a few more questions but didn't get round to asking). I'm going to stick with my mainly British spelling, but have to use "mom" with American characters, otherwise it sounds wrong in my head. On the flip side I have to use arse, because I always picture a donkey when I read/write the word ass. Sorry.
