Baking fail...
Jan. 23rd, 2010 12:13 amTonight I made Treacle Tarts for our Harry Potter Movie Marathon tomorrow. They are now out of the oven and smell great. However, the bit in the recipe where it said "pour the mixture into the pastry case" should have given me a hint when I was spooning it in and it was the consistency of bread dough. Hmm... Martha Stewart I am not. But if they taste the same then I am not overly concerned. And they aren't burnt either.
